Effective January 1, 2004, the following policy will be implemented. Please compare these items with your current policies and/or agreements with Anvil Fire Protection:
All work will require a written contract or Letter of Intent, signed by
both parties. No work will proceed without a signed contract or Letter of
Intent.
The minimum cost for small projects will be $750, unless agreed otherwise
and noted in a signed contract.
Anvil Fire Protection billing will be made no later than the 15th
of each month. All invoices submitted after January 1, 2004 not paid within
30 days will be subject to a 1.5% late fee, applied to the unpaid balance of
the invoice and an additional 1.5% each month thereafter on the overdue
balance. Invoices over 60 days will require immediate payment and could
result in a suspension of all work until payment is received.
Projects up to $5,000 in cost will require a 50% retainer before
work will begin; projects over $5,000 will require a minimum 30% retainer.

design costs. Those prices are an
estimate of design costs and may be used for estimating only. All projects
will require a review of the specific conditions before a final
determination of cost can be quoted.
