The prices included below are estimated rates for automatic sprinkler system design. These rates are negotiable and intended for preliminary estimates only. All contracted design work will be priced based upon review of specific projects and their unique characteristics, including any revisions necessary to obtain all approvals, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Minimum (small projects, add & relocate, etc.) - $ 750.00
Simple Design (warehouses, unobstructed, etc.) - $ 11 / spk’r.
Simple Design Plus (as above with added difficulty/areas) - $13 / spk’r.
Basic Light Hazard Design (offices, additions, etc.) - $15 / spk’r.
Intermediate Design (schools, hospitals, labs, etc.) - $17 / spk’r.
Challenge Design (Industrial or congested Intermediate) - $19 / spk’r.
* Large projects could be subject to a discount from the above prices.
