Sprinkler System Design and FireAcad® Training
Anvil Fire Protection is an Authorized Reseller of FireAcad® Sprinkler Design Software & able to provide training for all versions, 2004 through 2008, at your location or ours. Training sessions can be customized to suit your budget and the experience level of your design technicians. Some basic knowledge of AutoCAD® and sprinkler system design is recommended before beginning FireAcad® training. We can also incorporate sprinkler design training for your less experienced design technicians. At the completion of the training session, each individual will receive a certificate including the number of hours that can be applied to NICET CPD (continued Professional Development) points during re-certification.

If your employees are relatively inexperienced, we can provide a 5 day package that will include Basic Sprinkler System Design in conjunction with training on the FireAcad® program.
More experienced design technicians with AutoCAD® experience can get a 2 or 3 day course that will cover the most common FireAcad® commands, including calculations and material listing. FireAcad® will even extract a file compatible with the HASS calculation program. Add an extra day of training to cover advanced design commands, a question and answer session and on-the-job training where your technicians can apply what they have learned to an upcoming project.

FireAcad®
Training session rates include up to 4 persons per class on site at your office and do not include expenses . By having Anvil Fire Protection come to your office, your expenses are reduced to that of one person and your employees receive training in your office so they remain on site to return phone calls or answer e-mails during break periods. If your office has Internet access and you only have one technician to train, Anvil Fire Protection can also provide Virtual Training Sessions online. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Anvil Fire Protection also offers an option to train @ The SpringHill Suites @ Pittsburgh Mills Mall for those who wish to travel to the Greater Pittsburgh area. One or two persons can be trained right in the room or meeting rooms can be reserved for larger classes. Feel free to inquire.
